~Katharine's Kiss Cookies~
Mrs. Carmichael isn't
the only one with a yummy cookie recipe.
Make Katharine's version of her Mom's sweet treats!
What
You Need
3/4
cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
1 large egg
1/2 cup flour
18 milk chocolate candy kisses (unwrapped)
What You Do
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix sugars, peanut butter, flour, and egg in a bowl.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. (If too
sticky, add more flour)
Bake for 12-14 minutes.
When out of oven, let cool a minute before gently pressing Kiss in center.
Wait a few minutes before transferring to cooling rack. Enjoy!
